Some Services may provide AI-powered functionality.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, artifacts, unexpected results, or content that does not reflect factual information.

For purchases made through Apple's App Store, payment and subscription management are processed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple's applicable terms.

Prices and billing periods will be displayed before purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew according to the terms shown on the purchase screen unless canceled through the applicable marketplace before renewal.

Some subscriptions may include a free or discounted introductory period.

The duration, eligibility conditions, price after the promotional period, and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase.

Promotional offers may be restricted to eligible users and may change or end as permitted by law and applicable marketplace rules.

11. Refunds

Purchases processed by third-party marketplaces are subject to the marketplace's applicable refund policies.

For purchases through Apple's App Store, refund requests are generally handled by Apple.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers in the European Union or other jurisdictions of mandatory rights they are entitled to under applicable law.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage users to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
