When you use an AI-powered feature, information you submit—such as prompts, text, images, videos, audio, documents, or other content—may need to be transmitted to our servers and/or third-party AI service providers to generate the requested output.
Where personal data is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, we will provide disclosures and obtain permissions where required.
We require service providers processing personal data on our behalf to handle such information under appropriate privacy and security obligations.
Users should avoid submitting confidential, highly sensitive, or third-party personal information to AI features unless necessary and permitted.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on or publishing it.

We do not use personal data for purposes materially incompatible with those described to you without an appropriate legal basis.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more legal bases depending on the circumstances.
These may include:
Performance of a contract: Processing necessary to provide the Service you requested.
Consent: Where you voluntarily grant permission for particular processing, such as certain device permissions or marketing communications.
Legitimate interests: Where processing is reasonably necessary for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, Service improvement, diagnostics, or protecting our legal rights, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Legal obligations: Where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law, tax, accounting, regulatory, or lawful government requirements.
Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims: Where necessary to protect our rights or respond to disputes.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
7. Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use analytics, crash-reporting, performance-monitoring, and similar technologies to understand Service performance and diagnose technical problems.
Depending on the Service, these providers may process technical information such as device information, application version, crash logs, session information, feature interactions, and approximate region.
Where consent is required by applicable law or platform rules, we obtain consent before activating the relevant processing.
8. Advertising and Tracking
Some Services may be supported by advertising.
Where an application uses advertising or tracking technologies, we comply with applicable platform requirements and obtain consent where required.
On Apple platforms, where Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework applies, tracking requiring authorization will not occur unless the user grants the applicable permission.
Not every enolog Service contains advertising or tracking technologies.
9. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.
We may disclose information to third parties where reasonably necessary, including:
Service Providers. Companies providing infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, email, customer support, content processing, artificial intelligence, security, and similar services.

Business Transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers receiving personal information are expected to use it only for authorized purposes and maintain appropriate safeguards.
10. International Data Transfers
enolog OÜ is established in Estonia.
Some service providers may process information in countries outside Estonia or the European Economic Area.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, contractual safeguards, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Retention periods vary depending on:
- the type of information;
- the Service involved;
- whether an account remains active;
- legal requirements;
- security requirements;
- dispute-resolution requirements; and
- the purpose for which the information was processed.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten or deleted according to our backup cycles.
12. Account and Data Deletion
If a Service allows account creation, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
Where required by the applicable platform, account deletion functionality will also be available from within the application.
You may also submit a privacy or deletion request at:
or through our data deletion page:
When an account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account unless retention is necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate legal purposes.
Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription purchased through a third-party marketplace.
For Apple App Store subscriptions, users should manage or cancel their subscription through their Apple account.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
These may include the right to:
- obtain information about our processing;
- access your personal information;

16. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no Internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should notify us if they suspect unauthorized access.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites, APIs, SDKs, platforms, or services.
Third-party services may operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
This Privacy Policy does not govern independent processing performed by third parties acting as their own controllers.
We encourage users to review the applicable third-party policies.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our Services, technologies, legal requirements, or business practices.
When appropriate, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of a Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy where permitted by law.
